With over 25 years of experience in multifamily development, planning, financing, and construction management, Mr. Tsao has built a diverse and successful portfolio that includes multifamily communities, student housing projects, retail centers, and event venues.

Mr. Tsao holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from National Chung-Hsing University in Taiwan. His deep technical expertise and comprehensive understanding of the construction and development process have positioned him as a trusted leader in the industry, particularly in the Texas real estate market.

Molly Miao is the Vice President of Finance at Pinnacle Facility Engineering Inc., with more than five years of experience in real estate development and asset management. Molly holds a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Shanghai Maritime University in China. As a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), her strong educational background, combined with practical experience in real estate finance, allows her to provide valuable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive company growth.

Before joining Pinnacle, Robert brought over 15 years of experience as an accredited real estate investor, specializing in land, commercial, and residential properties. His expertise spans acquisition, management, recapitalization, and executing 1031 exchange strategies. In addition to his real estate accomplishments, Robert is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience across a wide range of industries, both domestic and international.

Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated a strong track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and developing innovative solutions. His leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. His extensive skill set covers strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, product development, market analysis, and working with both mass-market consumers and merchants. Robert holds a reputation for his ability to create and execute strategies that not only address immediate business needs but also position organizations for sustained success.

Anna Stone

Director of Communications
