William Tsao, Professional Engineer (P.E.), is the president of Pinnacle Facility Engineering, a consulting firm specializing in developing, planning, and construction services for real estate developments in Texas.
Mr. Tsao has over 25 years of experience in multifamily development, planning, financing, and construction management. His diverse development portfolio includes multifamily communities, student housing projects, retail centers, and event centers.
Mr. Tsao has a Master of Science Civil Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and has earned his Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering degree from National Chung-Hsing University in Taiwan.
Mr. Tsao is also deeply passionate about building professional communities. He is a founding member of the Asian American Real Estate Association DFW Chapter. He is also a member of numerous professional associations, including the U.S. Green Building Council, National Multifamily Builders Council, National Association of Home Builders, National Society of Professional Engineers, Texas Society of Professional Engineers, American Society of Civil Engineers, and Structural Engineers Association of Texas.
Molly Miao | Finance Manager
At Pinnacle Facility Engineering Inc., Molly Miao is the Financial Manager with five years of experience in real estate development and asset management.
Molly holds a Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Management in Accounting from Shanghai Maritime University in China.
Her primary responsibility is overseeing financial aspects throughout the entire lifecycle of real estate projects and assets, which includes initial investment analysis, ongoing financial management, and comprehensive reporting.
Her main goal is to improve financial performance and ensure the long-term profitability and sustainability of real estate investments in a competitive and ever-changing industry. Molly is committed to securing prosperous and sustainable financial outcomes for these investments in this dynamic sector.
Anna Stone | Project Manager
Anna Stone is the project coordinator for Pinnacle Facility Engineering Inc. Ms. Stone graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising. Since graduating, Ms. Stone has worked and collaborated with numerous clients as well as agencies on creative projects ranging from event planning to modeling, to product package designing. Coming from a creative background, Ms. Stone is able to synthesize design with organization to present intentional project information and data.
